Bakelite laminate sheet is made of bleached wood pulp paper and phenolic resin, it was commonly used in electrical equipment which has high requirement of mechanical properties and insulation structure parts.

1. It is commonly used in the machining of insulating parts in ICT, ITE; test fixture; jig plate, mould clamping plate, surface grinding plate, packer, the dishes and comb.
2. Grinded and punched Bakelite also could be used for the PCB grinding machine, bottom sheet of prototyping machine, testing plate , it has good surface smoothness and the deviation for thickness is less than ±0.1mm at most.
3. Cold punching Bakelite , fabric based Bakelite is used as switch and electrical insulation parts, and the punching performance is steady under the normal temperature.
