In our line of work, finding the best bed sheets is not a casual purchase experience. It's a search for an essential element of your entire sleep experience. Everybody needs sleep, but it's not always so easy to get it. It's an elusive goal for many, especially when our homes are our offices, our beds are our desks, and drifting off to sweet dreams can feel like an impossible task.

Approaching the design of a kitchen or living room tends to be more about the necessities—what fridge will fit there? how big is the gallery wall?—but building your bedroom is an entirely different science, based purely on individual needs where all of the elements must align to make it your own. Add in the needs of sharing that space with a significant other and you’ve got a proper design challenge on your hands. Enter Sleep Week, five full days of slumber-related content from the Clever team.

We’ve spent countless nights testing the latest and greatest sleep offerings on the market—from California king and twin XL sheet sets to Egyptian cotton sheets and options from all kinds of retailers—training for just this moment. But first things first: a deep dive into the sheets of our dreams. From hotel-quality, 500-thread-count percale weaves and organic cotton sheets to eco-friendly picks, discover the very best bed sheets with thorough, honest reviews from our editors. Linen is a fantastic material to sleep on. Why? It's naturally bacteria resistant, ventilating, moisture-absorbing, and anti-allergenic. For being such a light and airy material, it's actually quite a hard worker. Linen is especially great for hot sleepers, as the sheets don't retain heat and will keep you cool through the nastiest of heat waves. And even though linen will wrinkle easily, it's not a bad look: it's an effortless material that looks best when lived in. Best part? There are plenty of affordable options on the market, as well, in a world of pricier offerings.

Material: Linen

Colors available: White, cream, petal, haze, charcoal chambray, charcoal chambray, and white stripe

Bed sheets reviewer: Madeleine Luckel, design editor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I really felt like linen sheets had become all the rage. This was a couple years ago, and while I toyed with the vision of a perfectly wrinkled dove gray set, I’m much more of a white bedding person. Brooklinen was one of two brands I was aware of making the type of linen sheets I wanted.

How do they fit your bed? Well, or I guess in a normal way. I have the hardcore bundle, which comes with two extra pillowcases and a duvet cover. The duvet cover often feels a little big for my comforter but I think that's my quilt's problem. (And yes, the duvet cover does have corner ties.) The pillowcases fit well too, but my favorite thing is probably that the pesky fitted sheet has clearly labeled tabs that say "long side" and "short side."

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? It's really nice. When I got these I thought white linen sheets year-round might be a slightly bold move, since I don't live my life on a Greek island, but the nature of the fiber is versatile and temperature regulating.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Yes, but they are a little bit thin. I’m fine with this, but it's just something to keep in mind if you are picturing a super dense weave.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Yes.

Pros: Labeling on the fitted sheet for easy use, super-soft material, temperature-regulating design

Cons: Duvet cover runs a bit big, slightly thin sheet design

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on a cold setting with like colors. Do not bleach and tumble dry on a low setting. You can iron these sheets on low, if necessary.

Material: 100% European flax

Colors available: White, light grey, terracotta, charcoal, sand, washed olive, tobacco, desert sunset, mist, indigo blue, sage, soft blush, bordeaux, natural/white, mist/white, terracotta/white

Bed sheets reviewer: Erika Owen, contributor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? Honestly, there are so many great colors to choose from. I love a color theme, especially in my bedroom. I went with the sage, which is deliciously subtle and seems to match with everything. I am always a fan of linen sheets, as they’re naturally breathable and moisture-wicking and I’ll keep them on the bed year-round. I also love that Quince sheets are free of harmful characters and toxins (plus, their loungewear is a total dream).

How do they fit your bed? Fantastically! The fitted sheet fit tight to my mattress without any excess fabric. I’m not generally a fan of flat sheets, so more often than not you won't find that one on my bed unless we’re going through the steamiest of heat waves.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? They always seem to be cool, which is a feat in our apartment, where the temperature varies wildly. I loved the lived-in, wrinkled look they pick up after a sleep or two. The sheets also feel like they’ll hold up for years to come.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Yes, they do! I can't really speak for the flat sheet, as I don't use one often, but if it's anything like the fitted sheet, I’d say go for it.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? I would. I wish there was a duvet cover in the set, but I will probably end up purchasing that next.

Pros: Comfy feel, great lived-in look, rich color options

Cons: Duvet cover not included

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on a gentle or delicate cycle with similar colors in cold water. Line dry or tumble dry on low. Use a steamer or warm iron, if needed.

Material: Organic linen

Colors available: White, ivory, natural oatmeal, flax, espresso, pale blue, indigo, navy, lavender, burgundy, Malbec, mint, golden green, grape leaf, terra cotta, red, warm grey, graphite, black, Santorini, turquoise, butternut, powder pink, thistle, aubergine, and harvest gold

Bed sheets reviewer: Erika Owen, associate director of audience development

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I’m a hot sleeper and I feel like I’ve been on the hunt for a pair of sheets that won't cause me to overheat for my entire life. I had heard that linen was a great material for sleeping and wanted to give it a try.

How do they fit your bed? They run pretty large! I have a full-size bed and the flat sheet does pool over the edge of my mattress and bed frame. The fitted sheet is a much better fit, but does stretch after a while. I haven't found this to be a massive issue.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? No matter how warm it is in my bedroom, these sheets are constantly cool. I love slipping into them every night. I also love the lived-in look they constantly have, thanks to the easy wrinkling. That may not be for everyone, but it takes the pressure off of making sure everything else in my bedroom is super organized and clean.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? They sure do! I love the white sheets I bought, but I am tempted to buy them in more colors given what a massive part of my sleeping ritual they’ve become. (Seriously, I have trouble falling asleep on non-linen sheets sometimes, thanks to how cool they keep me at night.)

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Yes, I would recommend these to friends who also have issues with overheating in the middle of the night.

Pros: Great for hot sleepers, temperature-regulating design

Cons: Runs large, sheets have a bit of stretch

Washing Instructions: These are pre-washed, so you won't experience a ton of shrinkage. If you have colored sheets, wash them in cool water. Wash white and neutral sheets in warm water. Tumble dry on the lowest heat setting and remove when they are still a bit humid to allow for air drying.

Material: 100% French flax linen

Colors available: Ruby, rust, terracotta, oatmeal, turmeric, olive, khaki, sage, drift, mineral, petrol, ink, lavender, pink clay, rosewater, white fog, charcoal, and pinstripe

Bed sheets reviewer: Zoë Sessums, digital design editor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I’m always on the hunt for linen bedding and love when there are lots of different colors—I chose the blue-gray mineral option.

How do they fit your bed? Great! They’re not too snug, so you get that perfectly slept-in rumple that I think is essential to a linen-bedding look.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? I’ve become a real linen-sheet convert and love the structure and sturdiness of these while still maintaining some softness. I feel like they’re going to age well.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? For sure. The heft and quality are supreme—you really get what you pay for. I’m also pleased with the color, it being a rich blue/gray color.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? I would! I like that you can choose a set with a duvet, you can go for a bold color, and it ships quickly. Get into the linen life!

Pros: Great color options

Cons: The price is an investment

Washing Instructions: Wash between using, on a cold and gentle cycle using liquid detergent. Tumble dry on low and do not bleach, dry clean, or iron the sheets.

Material: 100% natural stonewashed French flax (Oeko-Tex certified)

Colors available: White, sage green, dove gray, blush pink, and midnight stripe

Bed sheets reviewer: Zoë Sessums, associate editor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? Again, I’m always into trying out more linen products, not just because I like the look and feel, but I appreciate the sustainable production. Did you know every part of the flax plant can be used? Win! I think a white sheet set is a must, too, so I wanted to see how these stacked up.

How do they fit your bed? The flat sheet is quite large, which is how I like it—no issue with sheet hogging in the night.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? I used these sheets in all seasons and they’re ideal in each one. The material itself helps regulate body temperature, and as I’m a hot sleeper, prone to waking up in a full-on sweat, these really help me stay comfortable.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? I’ve had these sheets for about a year and a half now and I have to say they are still as wonderful as the first day I put them on my bed. Worth it!

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? See above. This is a perfect white linen bedding entry point. They’re a great investment, the quality is superb, and they’ll seemingly last you a very long time.

Pros: Sustainable production, temperature-regulating design, age very well

Cons: Flat sheet runs large

Washing Instructions: Wash on cold—at 40 degrees, if possible—and separate lights and darks to avoid staining. Fabric softener is not recommended. Air dry or tumble dry on low. To avoid ironing, remove the sheets from the washing machine and give them a strong flick before air drying.

Material: Linen

Colors available: White, Blush, Silver Cloud, Sky Blue, Khaki, and Charcoal

Bed sheets reviewer: Zoralis Perez, copy editor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I’d never tried linen sheets before, so I was definitely driven by curiosity, but I was also very attracted to Lilla & Charles's commitment to sustainability. Their products are OEKO-TEX certified, and they’re made from fair-trade 100% certified premium European linen.

How do they fit your bed? The sizing is perfect, although the fabric does naturally stretch a little bit after being slept in, but if you like the relaxed look of linen, it's not a problem at all. Also, the fitted sheet has very thick, sturdy, all-around elastic that does an excellent job at keeping the sheet in place no matter how much you toss and turn.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? They are super, super soft and feel amazing on your skin. Also, having tried them during winter, I can say they really help keep you warm at night. My partner and I used to double up on duvets to keep warm in our freezing apartment, but now that we have these, one duvet is enough.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? 100%. These sheets are beautiful, and you can tell that they are a high-quality product that will last a long time; after washing, the color, texture, and fit remain the same, and the stitching is intact. Also, I got mine in khaki, and the color is a very warm, rich shade that doesn't look plain or boring, which can easily happen with beige tones. I’m very happy to have these in my rotation now.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Yes. Oftentimes we forget that there are other bedding options out there besides cotton, and good-quality linen can feel just as luxurious as high-thread-count cotton sheets. So, I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to try something different that will not only feel great but also look modern and stylish.

Pros: Made of high-quality fabric, luxurious feel

Cons: Fabric has a bit of stretch

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on a gentle or delicate cycle with other natural fibers (separate colors). Line or tumble dry and only store when completely dry.

Material: 100% OEKO TEX certified, French flax linen

Colors available: The Margot print is available in a whopping 36 shades and prints.

Bed sheets reviewer: Rachel Fletcher, senior commerce editor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I came across these sheets on an Instagram ad–it's true!–and was immediately drawn to the cheerful gingham print. Plus, being in this line of work, it's not every day I come across a trendy sheet brand I’ve never heard of before.

How do they fit your bed? Super snug, in a good way. These sheets have what I can only describe as a granny panty level elastic that, once in place, isn't going anywhere.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? I have to admit that, psychologically, I feel more excited about getting into bed with the gingham print. It's also more fun to look at them throughout the day. From a quality perspective, these sheets are cooling, well-made, and everything you’d want from a thoughtfully designed sheet set.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Definitely, they’re a joy.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? I would. I love the number of colors and patterns Sheet Society offers in their range, and I think mixing and matching them would be really fun.

Pros: High-grade elastic that keeps the sheets from slipping and sliding, a thick but cooling finish.

Cons: From a cost perspective, I do not love that each piece is sold separately. From a style perspective (if you’re not someone who wants a super matchy set) it does provide a window of opportunity. They also shed a bit after washing.

Washing Instructions: Sheet Society recommends a warm machine wash and a line dry.

Material: 100% linen

Colors available: Redwood, Harbor Blue, Laurel, Alpine White, Natural Chambray, Fog, Slate

Bed Sheets reviewer: Sam Cochran, global features director

What attracted you to these bed sheets? Nowadays linen sheets make regular appearances in the pages of AD, as they’ve become the bedding of choice for the likes of star stylist Colin King. Maybe it's because I can be a bit lazy when it comes to making the bed, but I have always been drawn to their relaxed, rumpled look. No military-style tight tucks in my boudoir, thank you. How do they fit your bed? The sheets fit nicely over my mattress, which has a pillow top. I appreciated that it wasn't a struggle to get each corner around the bend.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? Linen sheets always take some breaking in. I washed mine twice to loosen up the texture and soften the weave, helping the fabric to realize its drapey potential. They’re still a touch stiff on account of the heavy, quality linen, but as with all linen sheets they need some tossing and turning to get them into ideal condition. Give ’em another week of slumber, I think, and they’ll be just dreamy.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? They did. I love the color, which is what drew me to these sheets in the first place. They’re the perfect brown—a tad auburn, ever so slightly timeworn in palette. I think they’ll look even better in three months.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? For sure.

Pros: The color, the warmth, the peace of mind that comes from shopping at an environmentally responsible company.

Cons: With linen it always takes some time to reach the right softness.

Washing Instructions: Coyuchi recommends machine washing on the gentle or delicate cycle with like colors, with cold water. I recommend multiple washes and dries before first use.

Crisp and smooth, percale sheets are a great option for hot sleepers. Thread counts often exceed 200, resulting in a tight weave that gives the sheets a sturdier feel. Despite the added heft, they’re still incredibly breathable and moisture-wicking. Woven in a cross-cross pattern, percale sets are made from high-quality or long-staple cotton. Percale sheets are sometimes made with cotton mixed with other materials like silk or rayon, which give them a silkier feel. One of the other perks of percale sheets is that they often pill less than other materials.

Thread count: 200

Material: Percale fabric made of 100% long-staple cotton

Colors available: White sheets with a linear embroidered trim in color options of black, gray, light gray, or white

Bed sheets reviewer: Mel Studach, Associate Editor, AD PRO

What attracted you to these bed sheets? European linen and silky sateen may be having a moment in the bedding scene, but I will forever be a fan of a crisp cotton percale–the structured white button-down shirt of sheets, as I’ve heard them be compared. The classic embroidered detail on Quince's percale set is what officially convinced me.

How do they fit your bed? The fit is perfect, not too tight to where it's a pain to pull the fitted sheet onto the mattress yet loose enough that the flat sheet still drapes nicely along the sides of the mattress.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? Absolutely wonderful. I’ve tried many percale styles over the years, and I find that this one skews a bit softer than most, which I’m totally happy about. Being 100% cotton, the set is also nicely breathable. And while the crisp, smooth texture is incredibly comfortable for sleeping, I also appreciate that when I make my bed every morning, the sheets maintain their structure sans unsightly wrinkles.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Comfortably-wise, yes. Appearance-wise, beyond!

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Yes! They’re classic in both comfort and style.

Pros: Super soft and breathable

Cons: Price investment

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on cold in a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low and iron on cool if needed. You can also dry clean these sheets, if needed.

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I love Parachute's brand and, when they said they were releasing a line of organic bedding earlier this year, I jumped at the chance to give them a try. They’re also made in Portugal, which is known for producing excellent linens. The factory that Parachute works with has been family-owned for generations.

How do they fit your bed? Nice and snug. These sheets are clean and crisp, so there's no stretchy action like you might expect with sheets of a lesser quality.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? It's definitely not a silky smooth experience that you might get from a sateen weave, but it feels lovely nonetheless; it's more of a grown up and tucked-in kind of vibe (which is a lot to say about a set of sheets).

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Yes. At first I was a little bit annoyed that the sheets are sold as separate pieces, but it actually makes a lot of sense, if you’re someone who, like me, has a ton of extra pillowcases and top sheets lying around, or if you’re someone who appreciates mixing and matching (which I also do!).

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? I would. I try a lot of bedding in this line of work and, the more I do, the more I appreciate ethical and organic production—Who wants to think about the chemicals they’re breathing in while they sleep?—even if the price tag is a little bit higher.

Pros: Snug fit on the bed

Cons: Lacks the silky feel of other high-end materials, sheets sold separately

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on a delicate cycle set on warm/cold water. Use mild laundry detergent and let the detergent dissolve in the water before loading your sheets. Tumble or air dry.

Thread count: 300

Material: 100% organic cotton percale

Colors available: Rose, white, light grey, ice blue, and indigo white

Bed sheets reviewer: Elise Portale, contributor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? One of my latest pandemic self-care hobbies is upgrading all of my linens—towels, throws, and (naturally) sheets. Most of my sheet sets are fairly old and were bought when I wanted crazy colors and a cheap price tag, so I figured it was time for something high quality. I’ve heard so many great things about percale sheets and wanted to see for myself what all the hype was about.

How do they fit your bed? I don't want to overstate it too much, but I’m not sure I’ve had a fitted sheet go on so easily. It's snug enough for a perfect, smooth fit yet loose enough that I don't have to pull a muscle on that last corner.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? I didn't want to leave them this morning. I could live in these sheets. They’re not too hot or too clingy, which is something that drives me a little crazy about microfiber sheets. Imagine the comfort of wearing your favorite shirt and multiply it by a full-size bed.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? They exceeded my expectations. I assumed they’d be nice, but they were cozy and perfect in ways I hadn't realized I wanted.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? 100%. They may be a small step up in price than what I usually spend, but the difference in quality and comfort is pretty clear. I can tell they’re worth the investment and, considering how much time we spend in bed, so are we. Definitely an upgrade worth doing.

Pros: Fitted sheet is easy to put on the bed, cozy and cool to the touch

Cons: More expensive than basic cotton options

Washing Instructions: Machine wash cold and do not dry clean.

Thread count: 500

Material: Egyptian cotton percale (Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified)

Colors available: Honey, truffle, red, white, charcoal, silver, baltic, pool, azure, hazy blue, bone/white, silver/white, and pool/white

Bed sheets reviewer: Allie Weiss, deputy editor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I’ve long heard the name Matouk mentioned in conversations about cream-of-the-crop bedding, and was eager to try it myself! The Bergamo style appealed to me for its simplicity in appearance—no frills, just a simple satin stitch that would work on nearly every style bed. The brand promises this high-end percale to be silky and light, two descriptors that I’m sure pretty much everyone would want to associate with their sheets.

How do they fit your bed? The fitted sheet fit my queen mattress perfectly. The standard pillowcases ($165 for a pair) were larger than my normal ones, which don't completely conceal the memory foam pillows I have. So I was happy to sample a roomier style, which helps make my bed look more put-together than usual.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? I barely noticed them—and I mean that in the best way! I hate scratchy sheets, and breathed a sigh of relief when I slipped into these. They are both lightweight, crisp looking, and soft to the touch—talk about a win-win.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Absolutely! I’ve been told by houseguests that my pillow-filled, all-white bed reminds them of a hotel bed. But these sheets make me feel one big step closer to claiming that I’ve got a hotel-caliber setup.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? The Bergamo sheets are pricey, but would be a great splurge gift for yourself or for a friend you really like.

Pros: Made of high-end materials, has major hotel bed vibes

Cons: Price investment

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on a gentle cycle and avoid bleach. If you need to address stains, add half a cup of baking soda to the washing cycle along with your usual detergent. Tumble dry on low or air dry.

Material: Cotton percale

Colors available: White, Sky, Navy, and Doe

Bed Sheets reviewer: Madeleine Luckel, design editor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I liked that they are classic with a hint of something different! I usually go for all-white sheets and bedding, but the light blue piping felt like it added a teeny bit more personality, while letting these sheets stay basically a neutral factor in any bedroom. I also like cool, cotton sheets—so the material appealed to me.

How do they fit your bed? They fit well. I didn't notice any issues.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? It was nice! I felt like I was going to sleep in a good hotel bed. Or perhaps a good hotel bed, in a classic if slightly preppy resort, haha.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Yes, they did. I wanted something that was standard but not totally indistinguishable from all the other white sheets out there. These fit the bill.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Yes, but a friend who I knew was looking for sheets at this price point, and whose taste I thought would align with this look, which isn't for everyone. Pros: These sheets go with pretty much everything, and don't seem like they’re a product I’ll get sick of. They’re definitely not trendy, and since I like light blue a lot, the accent color feels versatile to me. Cons: They’re a little overpriced and for some, a slightly too-traditional look.

Washing Instructions: Serena & Lily recommends machine wash warm for all cotton percale bedding. They also suggest setting your dryer on tumble dry low and taking the sheets right out of the dryer to avoid wrinkles. They say you can iron these sheets, but I would never bother!

Thread count: 300

Material: Organic cotton

Colors available: White, Pewter, Terra-cotta, Slate, Moss

Bed sheets reviewer: Wilder Davies, staff writer

What attracted you to these bed sheets? A big part of Nest Bedding's selling point is that they use organic, fair trade cotton, and they also claim not to use harsh chemicals in their processing either. Truthfully, they just looked like comfy soft sheets, and I wanted to try them out.

How do they fit your bed? They fit quite nicely. Sheets that combine full/queen sizes are a red flag for me, because they are guaranteed to either be extra tight and difficult to put on, or potentially saggy and loose. Nest Bedding is specific about their sizing, which translates to sheets that fit like they are supposed to. These sheets also have a 16" deep pocket, so they provide a lot of room for thicker mattresses or additional mattress toppers. I also used my bed scrunchie, so they fit nice and tight.

I appreciated Nest's attention to detail on the duvet cover. It has interior corner ties for securing your duvet inside; a fundamental design detail for a duvet cover that is left out more often than you’d think. On the enclosure side of the duvet cover, the buttons are positioned inward, so that the cover prevents the duvet from peaking through once fastened.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? These sheets are both silky soft (but not like sateen-weave silky) and exceptionally breathable. As a hot sleeper, I am very sensitive to sheets that retain heat, and these left me feeling easy, breezy, and beautiful. I typically prefer a linen duvet cover, so I was surprised to discover how much I liked having a duvet cover that had more of a sheet vibe, if that makes sense. Droolers beware though, these sheets will definitely not keep your wet, mouth-breathing proclivities a secret.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Most of the sheets I own are from the Century 21 (RIP) clearance bin, and are all either flimsy, saggy, or a tad rough. All just to say that I’m not coming from a textile connoisseur's point of view. That being said, I found these sheets to be cool, exceptionally comfortable and soft, and I can easily say that they are the nicest set I now own.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Definitely!

Pros: Super soft material, cool to the touch

Cons: Susceptible to drool stains

Washing Instructions: Wash your sheets before using them. Machine wash using a cold setting and mild laundry detergent—do not use bleach. Tumble dry on a low heat and remove. If you need to iron, use a low heat setting.

Sateen distinguishes the weave of the sheets, not the material (they're still cotton after all). Made of a looser weave and thick yarn, sateen sheets often have a slightly silky and smooth texture. This is due to the long cotton fibers being soaked in lye, sealing the fibers and giving them added durability. Sateen is great for hot sleepers since the sheets always seem cool to the touch.

Thread count: 480

Material: 100% long-staple cotton (Oeko-Tex certified)

What attracted you most to these beds sheets? This set is super classic, smooth, and has a crisp feel. When my dog was little, she loved to dig into my sheets so I started buying less-expensive options that I knew I wouldn't care about if they were destroyed. Now that she's older, I was looking to upgrade to something more adult and high end. I also appreciate that, while they’re not organic, they’re chemical-free.

How do they fit your bed? They fit like a glove. Not a huge fan of making the bed but it's always a little more enjoyable with a fresh set of comfy sheets.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? I'm a hot sleeper with sensitive skin and they're really cool on my skin at night, which is a huge relief. I love the breathability of these sheets. They're really smooth and not at all scratchy or harsh on my skin, like some of the less expensive options I've tried in the past.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Absolutely. They feel super well made and have gotten better every time I wash them.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Definitely. While these sheets cost slightly more than I usually spend, I can definitely feel the difference in quality and the benefits of a higher thread count. I would recommend to a friend who's looking for a great quality set of bed sheets at a reasonable price point.

Pros: Chemical-free design, cool to touch

Cons: Small color choice

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on a cold cycle setting with similar colors. Tumble dry on a low setting and remove as soon as the cycle is finished. If you need to use bleach, use a non-chlorine formula. Use a warm iron setting, if needed.

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I’ve only ever used cotton sheets, so I was curious about trying out a sateen set. I was also intrigued by the beautiful blue sheen the mist color gave off in the photographs and wanted to see how it compared in real life.

How do they fit your bed? They fit my bed perfectly! The corners are nice and snug. I’m a restless sleeper as well, so it's always a true test to see how the sheets hold up by morning. Every so often I wake up and find they’ve slipped off the corners and crumpled up onto the middle of my bed, so it's a nice change that these never seem to budge.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? At first wash I was hesitant because they weren't quite as soft as I wanted. However, this is definitely a personal preference because my partner found them to be perfect. I remembered that the website had mentioned that they get softer with every wash, so to my partner's dismay I threw them in the machine a few times, and now they’re perfect…for me.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? They did, so much so that I have successfully ordered the duvet cover and sham set for a full-sateen moment. The glistening arrangement has created the perfect bedroom ambiance, calling my name every evening.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Absolutely!

Pros: Classic color options

Cons: Not super soft out of the packaging

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on a warm setting and tumble dry on low. Don't dry clean and if you need to iron, do so on a medium setting.

Material: 100% organic cotton sateen

Colors available: White, sand (beige), and blue

Bed sheets reviewer: Rachel Fletcher, senior commerce editor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I love a slippery sateen, and I was especially interested in the fact that they’re ethically made in fair trade facilities.

How do they fit your bed? Perfectly. They also have the most useful feature that, in my opinion, every set of sheets ever made should have: a long-side and short-side label.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? It only took one night's sleep to be sold on the Homebird set. They’re very high quality and everything you want in a sateen sheet: incredibly soft to the touch and slightly silky, with a sturdiness to them that you can tell is the result of a high thread count.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Absolutely. And here's another thing I really appreciate, as someone who has a lot of sheets in their life: the flat sheet is sold separately.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? I would. For someone who wants a reliable set of consciously made and organic sateen sheets that aren't over-the-top expensive, I think Homebird is a great choice.

Pros: Ethically made in fair trade facilities, long and short side labels on the fitted sheet

Cons: Not many color options

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on a cold setting with like colors. Tumble dry on low and remove as soon as the cycle is finished. If needed, use a warm iron.

Thread count: 300

Material: Organic long-staple cotton

Colors available: White, Natural, Dune, Mist, Pewter, Stone, Sky, Shore, Mineral

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I was sold on the fact that Boll & Branch makes organic and fair trade sheets—and I love a sateen weave. Plus, the brand markets these as their bestselling sheet set around, so I wanted to see what the hype was about.

How do they fit your bed? Perfectly. I paired them with a 13.5-inch-high mattress and they fit with no problem.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? Boll & Branch claims that these cotton sateen sheets are buttery soft, and I definitely agree. That extra-soft feel paired with the lovely, cooling properties of the sheets make them feel like the luxury sheets that they are.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Definitely. I also really appreciate the earthy color palette (I chose the mineral hue), and the hem detail is a really nice visual touch.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? 100%. They’re definitely on the pricier end of sheets I’ve tried, so I’d certainly caveat with that.

Pros: Buttery soft feel

Cons: Price investment

Washing Instructions: Machine wash in cold water with like colors on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on medium heat. To avoid wrinkles, shake the sheets out between washing and drying and make sure the dryer isn't overloaded so there's room for the sheets to move around. The sheets are not preshrunk, so you may notice a tiny bit of shrinkage after a few washes.

Thread count: 300

Material: 100% brushed cotton sateen

Colors available: The Al Dente Sheets come in one colorway, pictured

Bed sheets reviewer: Rachel Fletcher, senior commerce editor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I mean, look at them! The pattern is totally distinct and unique. They make me smile when I see my bed all made up and don't look like anything else I own.

How do they fit your bed? Like a glove.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? Well, fun factor aside, the sheets were a pleasant surprise to sleep on. After I washed and slept on them for a few nights, they feel more like a cross between a sateen and a percale set—they’re a brushed cotton sateen—soft and cool but with a touch of structure to them.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? I’d say they exceeded them. It's nice to break up the super earthy, muted color palette with something bright and bold every once in a while. It's not everyday you get a set of sheets that look totally unique and also feel nice and light—which they definitely do.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Definitely. I’m also considering a pair of the Primo sheets for myself.

Pros: Soft and cool feel, sturdy construction

Cons: Only one color option (though there are other great prints!)

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on a cold cycle setting with similar colors. Tumble dry on a low setting and remove as soon as the cycle is finished. If you need to use bleach, use a non-chlorine formula. Use a warm iron setting, if needed.

Material: 100% brushed cotton sateen Colors available: White sheets with the option of trim in pure white, powder blue, classic black, or emerald green. Bed Sheets reviewer: Katarina Kovac, commerce producer

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I’m a huge fan of the quality that Nell Diamond of Hill House Home continuously aims for with the home products she debuts, and these sheets instantly spoke to me with their clean lines. I wanted something that was crisp yet elevated, and the colored trim in the Savile Sheets was my answer.

How do they fit your bed? They fit perfectly, with the fitted sheet being snug and without excess material hanging off, and the top sheet hanging off enough to show the trim details but without hitting the floor.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? I’m quite a sheet snob myself, and have returned many sets in the past that largely resembled sandpaper. After one wash these felt soft, velvety, and breathable against my skin, leaving me truly stryggling to get out of bed in the morning. Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Yes, they absolutely did. For a $100 top sheet and $125 fitted sheet, I truly didn't know what to expect from a brand as new to the decor game as Hill House Home, but was delightfully surprised at the quality and attention to detail that was put into making these products.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Whenever someone asks me for sheet recommendations, I immediately send them the Hill House Home landing page. It's a resounding yes from me!

Cons:

Washing Instructions: Machine wash warm, tumble dry low.

Material: Organic cotton; sateen weave

Colors available: The Matisse Daisies print is only available in one color combination (blue and green graphics on a white ground). Designer Zandra Rhodes also has a second print in the line, called "Banana Leaf," which presents blue, red, and beige patterns on white. What attracted you to these bed sheets? Aside from wanting to test out the fun print, I was drawn in by Lola & Veranda's business model—and its promise of consistently refreshed bedding. Rather than selling sheets item by item, the brand offers a subscription that includes a trade-in every six months. There's a one-time fee of $300 to join, but after that, you pay monthly based on the bundle you select. (This set of seven pieces—four pillow covers, a fitted sheet, top sheet, and duvet cover—runs $35/month.) When you hit that half-year mark, Lola & Veranda sends you a fresh bundle of your choosing, along with a prepaid shipping return label so you can send your oldies back.

If you’re cringing thinking about all that fabric ending up in a landfill, the brand is one step ahead of you. Used linens go one of a few routes, depending on the condition they’re in when you return them. The ones in good shape are restored, repackaged, and made available for a reduced price on the Lola & Veranda website; bedding that can't be fully restored is transformed into accessories, donated to shelters, recycled and rewoven, or given to artists. In the end, there's zero waste—including from the packaging, which is compostable.

It's worth noting that Lola & Veranda only offers sheets in these bundle sets; individual SKUs are not available. How do they fit your bed? Great! I ordered the Queen size. The fitted sheet hugged my mattress just right, and stayed put. No surprises on the sizing of the flat sheet or duvet cover, either. I have a hodgepodge of pillow thicknesses on my bed, and the standard-sized (20" x 26") covers fit all of them fine.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? I slept well on them! The sheets are 300-thread count—the Goldilocks zone of bedding. But for me, the best part about this bundle was definitely the zippy pattern.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Yes! I was also pleasantly surprised by the pretty, compostable packaging. (Sheets sold in single-use plastic make me squirm.)

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Yes, if the friend was looking for a one-and-done bedding package, and didn't need to buy individual sheets. Because of the initial fee, you definitely get more value out of the membership the longer you subscribe. (Lola & Veranda themselves advise joining for at least a year in order to fully take advantage of the membership.) If you’re a person who likes to change up your look or generally refresh your bed a couple of times a year, this program is worth trying. I’m looking forward to seeing what other collabs the brand has in store—starting with Zandra sets the bar high!Pros:

Cons:

Washing Instructions: Machine wash cold on delicate with similar colors; air dry or tumble dry on low. Lola & Veranda recommends having more than one bundle at a time and rotating them to reduce wear and tear—and will give you a sweet little discount on the second bundle if you opt in.

There are plenty of sheets on the market aimed at hot sleepers. For some, sleeping is always a sweaty activity—no matter the season. Often, these sheet sets are made of materials like bamboo, linen, and eucalyptus fiber, which are naturally moisture-wicking.

Material: 70% bamboo viscose and 30% linen

Colors available: Natural beige and light gray

Bed sheets reviewer: Audrey Lee, commerce writer

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I’m a big fan of both my loungewear and bamboo sheet set from Cozy Earth, so when the brand released a linen version this year, I had high expectations. I’m not a particularly hot sleeper, but during the summer I like my bedding to have a little extra ventilation to combat humidity and high temps. Since linen is a seasonal wardrobe staple of mine, I was excited to experience what a bamboo hybrid material would feel and look like.

How do they fit your bed? I got these sheets in a full, and whereas my other Cozy Earth queen set clung to my old mattress like a dream, I do notice quite a bit of drooping around the sides, though it's nothing a little tucking can't fix. That said, if you have a taller mattress, I imagine these sheets would be a great option.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? Cozy Earth's OG bamboo bedding is super light and airy, so it's mostly a summer staple that's out of my rotation come fall. Since these sheets are a bamboo-and-linen combo, they’re slightly weightier (but still incredibly comfortable and ultra breathable), making them an ideal year-round bedding. Plus, if you love the look of linen but maybe not the feel, these lean a little softer to the touch.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Even though I still prefer the OG 100% bamboo viscose bedding from the brand, I don't think you should overlook these linen sheets. I sometimes find my 100% linen sheets a tad too rigid (especially if they’re on the newer side), but the added bamboo gave this set a noticeably soft and touch-friendly texture.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Anyone who sleeps hot or just wants some more ventilation at night will be pleased with these sheets. I’d especially recommend them to someone who likes the way linen looks, but finds the textile too rigid.

Pros: Very airy design, great for hot sleepers

Cons: Slight drooping on the sides after a few sleeps

Washing Instructions: Machine was on a cold setting with normal detergent and no fabric softener. Don't use bleach on these sheets. Machine dry on a normal setting.

Material: Bamboo cotton

Colors available: White, Khaki, Silver

Bed sheets reviewer: Terri Williams, contributor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I wanted some breathable bamboo sheets, since bamboo is a sustainable material. Also, I hate scratchy sheets, so I wanted some that were soft and comfortable. The sheets also needed to have deep pockets, since I have a higher profile mattress. I also like a variety of neutral color choices. These sheets checked all of those boxes.

How do they fit your bed? Exceptional fit. They stay in place until it's time to take them off to be laundered.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? It's an enjoyable experience. Bamboo cotton is so soft, and it's also moisture-wicking, so I stay cool throughout the night. The sheets also stay in place, so I never have to worry about them sliding up the sides of the mattress.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Yes. Even after weekly washings, the sheets have retained their color and crispness, and look as good as they did on day one.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Without hesitation. They look good, feel good, and fit my bed well. What's not to like?

Pros: Sturdy construction that ages well, soft material

Cons: Not many color options

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on a cool or warm water setting and tumble dry on low or line dry.

Thread count: 300 single-ply

Material: 100% eucalyptus fiber (Oeko-Tex certified)

Colors available: Blush, white, light gray, dark gray, light blue, and dark blue

Bed sheets reviewer: Zoë Sessums, associate editor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? These sheets got me interested by way of an Instagram ad. I was intrigued by the material—what does eucalyptus feel like?—and excited about the plant-dyed color options (they use ingredients like turmeric, gardenia, and pomegranate for the natural dying process).

How do they fit your bed? As advertised—they fit well!

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? These sheets are smoooooth and feel like a silk/cotton combo. The cool-to-the-touch nature of the material is ideal for warmer months and hot sleepers, so I found the experience very nice. They only get softer after each wash.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? I’m a fan! Not only are the sheets very lovely, but the mission of the brand is something to get behind. If you aren't satisfied with your sheets, Buffy encourages you to donate them to someone in need—and you’ll still get a refund.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Hypoallergenic, earth-friendly, naturally dyed, ultrasoft…would I recommend? 100%!

Pros: Great donation policy

Cons: Price investment

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on a cold setting and tumble dry low.

Material: 100% rayon made from bamboo

Colors available: White, Ivory, Ocean, Sand

Bed sheets reviewer: Sydney Gore, digital design editor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I first tried this set last summer when we were testing cooling sheets and still use them so that's how you know it's actually good! There's nothing more classic than a set of white sheets so I always keep these in rotation.

How do they fit your bed? I used to have a full size mattress so the sheets were a little loose on it, but now that I'm sleeping on a queen-size mattress they're a perfect fit! Last time I checked, my bed wasn't named Cinderella but it fully embodies her essence.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? As previously mentioned, I'm usually more inclined to select my bedding based on the style as opposed to the features. These days, I'm very particular about the quality of the materials. Whether it's a deep sleep or a gentle slumber, these silky sheets make me feel like I'm sleeping somewhere else, like a retreat, where I can rest in peace without being disturbed.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Absolutely! Compared to some of the other sustainable bedding brands that I've tried in the past, Pom Pom at Home doesn't compromise quality or integrity while presenting itself as a luxury brand. In this case, looks are not deceiving–you're getting exactly what you pay for!

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? If your bedding preference is usually a classic cotton, but you want to make the switch to a more sustainable fiber like bamboo that still feels luxurious then look no further than Pom Pom at Home.

Pros: Silky feel, high-quality materials

Cons: Price investment

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on a cold setting and tumble dry on low. Use a warm iron as needed, but do not bleach or overdry.

Thread count: 400

Material: 100% eucalyptus lyocell

Colors available: Mint green, pearl, purple, blue, white, and grey

Bed sheets reviewer: Kristi Kellogg, contributor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I was in the market for new bed sheets and headed to Amazon. These 400 thread count sheets stood out for their many rave reviews. They’re billed as super soft, hypoallergenic, moisture-wicking, and naturally cooling, thanks to the eucalyptus lyocell fabric. As an added bonus, they’re chemical-free and sustainably made. Oh, they also come with a lifetime warranty. How can you go wrong? I got them in gray.

How do they fit your bed? The fit was the only thing that was a little off. These sheets have deep pockets, and my mattress isn't that deep. I didn't think it would matter, but it turns out it does—the fitted sheet is just a little looser than I would have preferred, but the sheets are still great overall.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? They’ve got a smooth, silky feel that is, really, nothing like a regular cotton sheet—the cooling effect is the most noticeable thing about them. These bed sheets are super refreshing when it's hot out.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Yes! I liked them. Not only were they comfortable, the gray color is beautiful.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Yes, especially if they want cooling sheets with great breathability.

Pros: Silky feel, cooling construction

Cons: Price investment

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on a warm setting and tumble dry on low. Don't dry clean and if you need to iron, do so on a medium setting.

Material: 100% Tencel lyocell

Colors available: Fog, Forest, Snow, Dove, Sky, Pebble, Blush

Bed sheets reviewer: Rachel Fletcher, senior commerce editor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? Being a hotter sleeper, I wanted to try a eucalyptus set of sheets—this eco-friendly, Tencel lyocell blend from Sijo fit the bill! The sustainability and breathability of the fabric really stood out to me.

How do they fit your bed? These sheets have a more relaxed, looser look than someone who is used to sleeping on cotton percale or anything a bit more stiff. They don't cling to every corner, and have a satiny shine.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? These sheets have an almost liquid, viscose kind of feel. Like slippery, but in a nice and cooling way versus an "I’m going to slide off this bed" kind of a way. It's kind of like sleeping on a perfectly worn in vintage T-shirt that also keeps you from getting sweaty.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Yes, absolutely.

Pros: Sustainable construction, cooling construction

Cons: Not as put-together as a hotel bed sheet set

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on cold with like colors. Tumble dry on low and remove after the cycle is complete. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach. Don't wash with rough materials that could cause excess pilling (wool dryer balls, zippers, or velcro).

Material: Viscose from Bamboo

Colors available: Moon (gray), Buttermilk, Coal, Denim, Clay, Taupe, White, Blush, Sage

Bed Sheets reviewer: Rachel Wallace, digital entertainment editor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I have had bamboo sheets before and love how light and soft the material is. I like to sleep as cool as possible.

How do they fit your bed? I was sent king-size sheets instead of queen, so they were too big on my bed, but the fitted sheet actually stayed on with a little extra tucking in.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? The sheets keep me cool and are luxuriously soft. I have no complaints about the feeling of the material and quality of sleep. Did the sheets live up to your expectations? They exceeded my expectations. I knew they would feel nice but I went a bit outside the box with the color. I have exclusively had white sheets for years but opted for the clay shade this time. When I first opened the box I felt a bit unsure about my decision, but once I got the sheets on my bed and saw the color against my wall and the rest of my decor, I was so happy. It is really rich and gorgeous. If you like the look of a sort of terra-cotta color, go for it.

Something that did not live up to my expectations is that each element of the sheet set is sold separately. I was not sent pillowcases and therefore didn't get to try those, and also was left using my old pillowcases, which did not match.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? If my friend had a lot of money to spare, yes, definitely.

Pros: Silky soft and beautiful.

Cons: These sheets are too expensive for the average person in my opinion. You have to buy the fitted sheet, top sheet, and pillowcases separately, bringing you to at least $235 for a full set.

Washing Instructions: Machine wash cold. Do not use fabric softeners. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low.

Microfiber is a budget-friendly option when it comes to buying a new set of sheets. Superthin and lightweight, these sheets are made of a combination of materials, from polyester to wood pulp.

Material: Microfiber

Colors available: There is a huge range of colors (more than 40!), including classics like white and ivory, neutral colors like navy and green, plenty of pastels, and even a few understated patterns. I have them in a crisp matte white.

Bed sheets reviewer: Kristi Kellogg, contributor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? The promise of a luxury feel—and they did not disappoint. I also loved the fact that they’re hypoallergenic and wrinkle-free. They lived up to the hype on all counts. My favorite thing about these sheets is how soft they are.

How do they fit your bed? They are snug and secure. They fit like they’re supposed to.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? Like you’re in a hotel! Crawling into a bed that's freshly made with these sheets is a dream.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Without hesitation. These are legitimately the best bed sheets I’ve ever tried.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? Absolutely. It's worth mentioning that I’ve used these for more than a year, and they’re just as good as the day they arrived. I can definitely attest that they are long-lasting and high-quality sheets.

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? Without hesitation. I can 10/10 recommend buying these for every bed in your home.

Pros: Massive range of colors, great price, lifetime guarantee

Cons: Sheets are a bit thin

Washing Instructions: Machine was on a cold setting and tumble dry on low.

Thread count: 1500 threads per square inch

Material: Benji bed sheets are made using what the company calls Smart Fabric, which is designed to "wick away moisture" and control your temperature during sleep, all while staying extremely soft.

Colors available: white, navy, stone, charcoal, dots, rosé, pinstripe, and grid—plus some limited edition earth tones in sand, sky, and forest.

Bed sheets reviewer: Megan Wahn, associate commerce editor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I generally gravitate towards soft and smooth when it comes to what goes under my quilt or duvet. And considering I was in the market for a second set of white sheets for my bed, it seemed like Benji could deliver just that.

How do they fit your bed? There was a little bit of excess with the fitted and top sheet, but overall tucked in quite nice and snug.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? One of my favorite sensations in the world is sliding into bed post-shower and nighttime routine—you feel squeaky clean, you’re glistening from head to toe after your thorough full-body skincare regime, and you’re ready to pull the covers up to your chin to bathe in all of your contentment, before turning out the light and going to sleep. The sheets on your bed are key to this experience. They need to be soft, smooth, and just a little delicate. The Benji sheets checked all of those boxes. Getting into bed with these sheets made me feel like a knife slicing through a creamy slab of butter, which was exactly what I wanted.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? My basis for sheets when I’m running my hand over various options in the bedding aisle is simply "do they feel soft and not scratchy?" Typically this means I settle for a microfiber set, and I leave it at that. So with that in mind, these sheets exceeded my expectations. They have the same smoothness as most microfiber, but kick it up a few notches to flow fluidly over your bed (and you).

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? In a heartbeat. The sheets coolly slither over my body each night in the most relaxing way, yet they still keep me cozy without getting overheated throughout the night. The special Smart Fabric material Benji uses for all of their products is perfect and makes me feel like I’m living the high life, but not at the price tag of luxe Egyptian cotton.

Pros: Soft and smooth design, temperature-regulating

Cons: A bit of excess fabric when on the bed

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on a cold cycle setting with similar colors. Tumble dry on a low setting and remove as soon as the cycle is finished.

Potentially the most luxe option, silk sheets are not slippery like you’d assume. Made of cocoons of silkworms, silk sheets are naturally hypoallergenic, as well as mold- and dust mite-resistant. They are also non-irritating for most sleepers. Expect to shell out a lot more for silk sheets, especially a full set.

Material: Silk

Colors available: White

Bed sheets reviewer: Sydney Gore, digital design editor

What attracted you to these bed sheets? I’m very pro-silk in general, and have been sleeping on silk pillowcases for almost a decade that I absolutely swear by. So, it was only a matter of time before I upgraded to silk sheets too! I foresee this as the next big boom in bedding, there's truly nothing more luxurious than silk in a bedroom.

How do they fit your bed? I’ll be honest: I don't typically use flat sheets, especially in the summertime, but this sheet was super easy to dress on my full mattress. I’m not one for tucking because I switch positions while I slumber, so I let everything on my bed hang out, but it's not noticeable with a sturdy duvet cover.

What's it like sleeping on these bed sheets? It feels like sleeping on a cloud! There's something extra delicate about silk—it's really gentle and smooth on the skin. Sleeping in the heat wave has been brutal, but these sheets added another layer of cooling to my bed that I hadn't previously considered.

Did the sheets live up to your expectations? I would say so! I set my expectations pretty mid, but these sheets were even better than I imagined. My parents are now requesting sets of their own!

Would you recommend the sheets to a friend? I firmly believe that everyone should give silk sheets a try at least once in their life.

Pros: Super soft feel

Cons: Price investment

Washing Instructions: Machine wash on cold with like colors on a delicate cycle. Do not use bleach and tumble dry on low. If needed, iron on a cool setting.
